The total open, physical, spot-priced supply of electricity and, as call options (at the Buyer's discretion), the supply of electricity is uniform, physical beam deliveries, both starting on 1 September 2022. In addition, guarantees of origin of electricity are purchased as purchase options.
The Seller must have at the Buyer's disposal, without a separate charge, an electronic reporting network service for viewing the Buyer's historical place of use, consumption and invoicing data and storing the Buyer's historical location, consumption and invoicing data in a machine-readable format. Consumption data must be per place of use and hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. The billing information must be site-specific and monthly. The reporting network service must be available 24/7/365, excluding necessary service interruptions related to the maintenance of the service.
At the buyer's request, the Seller shall also submit to the Buyer the reports described above at the end of the contractual relationship in an electronic, machine-readable form.
The Seller must have finnish-language customer service without a separate charge, which can be reached by the Buyer at least on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. by phone and by email and/or the reporting network service. Customer service shall notify the Buyer in writing of the receipt of the case and the progress of its processing no later than the following business day.
It must be possible to carry out consistent, physical beam deliveries with quarterly and annual products as of 1 September 2022. Delivery periods and quantities:

Mortgages shall be possible on the basis of an offer submitted to the market in instalments of less than 1 MW. Delivery is a pre-agreed fixed order power delivery in the grid. The system price and the regional price difference must be fixed at a different time, and the regional price difference can also be left open.
