The tender offer is offered as a machine delivery subject to NLM 19 to the extent that the 1.0 Contract does not regulate the relationship.

The delivery includes the establishment of a new 2,000 m³ sewage tank and carried out according to the applicable norm (EN14015) with a design pressure of 20 mbar (overpressure), 10 mbar (suppression) and incl. instrumentation for the project “Future's District Heat” at Esbjerg Harbour. The tender also contains two (2) options for insulating the fledgling tank as well as cladding of the tank with steel profile plates.
