The subject of the contract is the implementation of a remediation investigation and, optionally, a remediation plan including expert services on a probable input area of approx. 14,000 m² and an approx. 300 ha PFAS contamination plume in the groundwater, which was caused by a fire event on the premises of the company EBK (Fuggerstraße 15) in February 1999.

The services to be awarded include the implementation of a remediation investigation (SU) in accordance with BBodSchG / BBodSchV.

The remediation measure is carried out in two separate processing steps (processing phase I and processing phase II).

The processing phase I consists of:

1. Preparation of a remediation study

The processing phase II (option) consists of:

1. Preparation of a recovery plan

'

2. Implementation planning for soil and groundwater remediation

'

3. Preparation and participation in the awarding of contracts for works, supplies and services

'

4. Project management/site management for soil and groundwater remediation

'

5. Local construction supervision of soil and groundwater remediation

'

6. Safety coordination for soil and groundwater remediation

'

7. Documentation of soil and groundwater remediation

The time estimates specified in the bill of quantities are to be understood as the basis for calculation.

A fee offer must be prepared for processing phases I and II.

'

The assignment is initially carried out for the services of processing phase I. The client reserves the right, within the framework of the overall measure (processing phase

I and II) also to commission the services of processing phase II (option). There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of these services.

It must be taken into account that after completion of the remediation investigation, there may be an interruption of the work that cannot currently be planned due to necessary coordination with the property owner.

The fee is evaluated on the basis of the offer for processing phases I and II.
