The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with a total estimated volume of 3 053.964 MWh (+/- 15%) in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31 December 2023 and the performance of the function of the Entity Responsible for Trade Balancing (POB) for all PPE of the contracting authority, including one PPE in the direction of collection and generation.

The supply of electricity will take place for the needs of the contracting authority.

The Contractor will be obliged to conclude with the Contracting Authority, in addition to the electricity sale agreement in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2023, also the Agreement for the Sale of Electricity Generated in the Renewable Energy Source RES (in the direction of generation), on the basis of which the Contractor will purchase from the Contracting Authority (Seller) surplus electricity produced in RES and not used for the Ordering Party's own needs. The relevant agreements should be signed before the change of the PPE seller is notified on the information exchange platform of energy market participants.
