This market is part of the European Directive 2010/31 / EU on the Energy Performance of Buildings (PEB). It focuses on the development and adaptation of the PEB software and aims more precisely:

- on the one hand, to meet the joint wish of the Walloon Region, the Brussels-Capital Region and the Flemish Region, to develop, customize, improve and optimize the common software of help and calculation allowing to apply the Regulation on the Energy Performance of Buildings (PEB),

- on the other hand, to meet the wish of the Walloon Region to continue the development of the Walloon PEB database which allows to record, classify and process the files created by the PEB software referred to above.

The market concerns the development and adaptation of the PEB software and aims more precisely:
