The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) (1)
Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of
forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, as well as seed and selection,
maintenance of forest facilities, nature protection, acquisition of Christmas trees, to be carried out in the Forest District
Lębork, in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023

Package 1 - Forestry: Ulinia, Strzeszewo, Szczenurze, Stęknica, Łebień, Wrzeście, JanowiceThe subject of the contract are forest management services including mechanical works
timber harvesting and wood harvesting, to be carried out in the Lębork Forest District, in 2023. Contracting authority
provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years of
the date of award of the basic contract. Material scope of services which are the subject of contracts,
referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package 10 - Forestry: Darżewo and Czech RepublicThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, as well as the harvesting of Christmas trees and maintenance of forest facilities, as well as seed and selection, to be performed in the Lębork Forest District in 2023. Contracting authority
provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years of
the date of award of the basic contract. Material scope of services which are the subject of contracts,
referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
