For the University of Regensburg, a centrally operated fleet with multifunction copying and printing systems of different performance levels is to be set up and operated cooperatively with a contractor in the form of a service, maintenance and delivery contract. The UR would like to implement a holistic operating concept with a uniform billing system.

Operation during the term must be guaranteed at the UR site and its branch offices. The integration of new branch offices in the city of Regensburg must be ensured under the conditions defined in the tender.

The contract is scheduled to start on 01.06.2023 and has a term of 5 years. The contract can be renewed three times for 1 year each.
