The object of the order is the construction of 26 pieces of measuring points, forming in the future an intelligent monitoring system of the water supply network, located in the municipality of Stare Babice. 3. Individual monitoring points of the water supply network give off flow control zones, enabling control of the operating parameters of the water distribution system, including the detection of leaks and the estimation of water losses in individual areas of the municipality (balancing zones). Water supply network monitoring points shall consist of measuring chambers where water flow measurement, pressure measurement and telemetry devices will be built to enable the recording and transmission of measurement data to an IT system enabling visualization of data, in addition, providing analysis, processing and archiving.

4. Scope of work

1. The scope of the work covered by this contract includes the comprehensive implementation of the monitoring system of the water supply system operating within the municipality of Stare Babice, consisting of:

(a) Water supply network monitoring chambers;

(b) Measurement systems (sensors and transducers) of water flow and pressure in the water supply network, built on existing or converted water supply lines;

(c) Telemetry systems,

(d) Companion devices that provide the equipment of measuring chambers (e.g. chamber inundation sensors);

e) Dam fittings;

(f) Regulatory fittings (at selected monitoring points);

(g) An IT system enabling visualization of measurement data, processing, analyzing and archiving, and in the future remote control of the water distribution system.

5. The scope of the work provided for by the contract shall also include:

(a) the provision and commissioning of a telemetry system responsible for remote data exchange between the central system and field facilities (monitoring points);

(b) the supply of all equipment and equipment necessary for the implementation and commissioning of the system not specified in this OPZ and, in accordance with the Contractor's knowledge, necessary for the correct and efficient operation of the system in accordance with the OPZ,

(c) transfer to the Contracting Authority all access data (logins, passwords, etc.) to devices, drivers installed within the order and software source codes of devices, drivers, etc. mounted under this order,

(d) the execution of post-construction documentation and the provision of the operating documentation of the equipment provided, the instructions for operation and maintenance of the system, as well as the currently required provisions of the law of certificates and certificates for the mounted equipment, in 2 ex. in paper form and in the PDF electronic version (1 ex.).

(e) training of the personnel of the Ordering Party in the field of operating the system and its components, including hardware and software,

(f) Any supplied software must have indefinite licenses issued to the Contracting Authority for commercial use,

(g) Any equipment, fittings, equipment, software and other that the Contractor plans to supply under this order shall be subject to prior verification and approval by the Contracting Authority, who, after receiving a written material request from the Contractor, shall, within 14 days, evaluate their compliance with the requirements of the SWZ and shall grant written approval or refusal of approval of the element concerned.

6. A detailed description of the subject of the order shall include the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) and the design documentation annexed to the SWZ on the website of the Ordering Party.
