The municipality of Belm is planning to expand and rebuild the Belm secondary school (“Johannes Vincke School”).

The subject matter of this award procedure is essentially the locksmith and metal construction work required for the first construction phase ("extension of the secondary school").

The execution of the above-mentioned services for the first construction phase is planned as follows:

23rd week - 24th week 2023 (technical housing) as well as

08th week - 21st week 2024 (stair railings)

Since the "extension of the secondary school" is not produced as a completely free-standing building, but is connected to and into the existing building on the various levels, locksmith and metal construction work must already be carried out in the transition areas of the existing building as part of the extension. These are minor changes and additions to an existing banister in the entrance hall.

The new building consists of:

ground floor = level 0

1st floor = level 1

2nd upper floor = level 2

with various rooms, for example:

- Level 0: classrooms, canteen, cleaning supplies, toilets, technical rooms, stairs, elevator

- Level 1: classrooms, stairs, lift, technology, cleaning supplies

- Level 2: classrooms, stairs, lift, technology, cleaning supplies

Net room areas:

Level 0 approx. 1,296m2

Level 1 approx. 1,396m2

Level 2 approx. 716m2

Total: approx. 3,408 m2
