The order includes the renovation of the provincial road No. 838 in the city of Warsaw. Fajsławice on the section from km 23+000 to km 24+000,

Parameters of the road to be renovated:

- road class: Z (collective),

- length of the section – 1,000 km.

Existing state:

Surface.

The section to be renovated has a surface in poor technical condition resulting from many years of operation, which requires urgent renovation works. On the section in question there are cracks, ruts, transverse irregularities

and longitudinal, no preserved normative parameters. The existing roadsides are deformed and hinder the proper drainage of rainwater.

Scope of works to be performed:

- Measuring robots.

- Execution of technological band

- Mechanical cleaning of the surface and sprinkling with asphalt emulsion.

- surface works.

- Roadsides made of crushed aggregate.

- Restoration of road markings.

Designed robots.

Surface.

- Leveling the existing surface with asphalt concrete AC16W 35/50 KR 3-4 with variable thickness along with cleaning and sprinkling,

- Making a binding layer of asphalt concrete AC16W 35/50 KR 3-4 with a thickness of min. 5 cm with cleaning and drizzling,

- Making a wear layer of asphalt concrete AC11S 50/70 KR 3-4 with a thickness of at least 4 cm.

Technological band.

- Execution of the foundation from aggregate bound with cement C5/6 gr. 20 cm (lean concrete)

- Execution of the foundation from asphalt concrete AC 16P 35/50 gr. 10 cm,

- Laying of glass fiber mesh 120 kN wide 1.0 m (at the joint).

Shoulder.

The slopes perform on a width of 1.0 m and a gr. 0.15 m of stone aggregate broken 0-31.5 mm supplied by the Contractor. Excess allure from the excavations under the roadside trough lay out on earthen roadsides. Where existing vertical marking and traffic safety devices interfere with robots when carrying out the roadsides, they must be dismantled and reinstalled or works near them manually so that the signs and barriers are not damaged.

Dehydration.

The dehydration of the w/in the episodes does not change. Transverse and longitudinal drops allow water to runoff into existing roadside ditches and sewable drains.

All materials used for renovation must have current approvals, certificates or declarations of performance and be approved for use in construction. All structural layers of the surface should be made in accordance with applicable standards and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. In places of close-ups with underground utilities, the work must be done manually. All works carried out must be marked and secured in accordance with applicable regulations.

The detailed scope of works is included in the technical documentation, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and the Bill of Quantities constituting the auxiliary part of determining the number of works.

The bill of quantities is ancillary. Before submitting the bid, the contractor was obliged to carefully check the number of works with the design documentation. Due to the fact that the contract for works is a lump-sum contract, in the event of a larger number of works occurring during the execution of works in any item, it will not be considered as additional work with a demand for additional remuneration. Any lack of certain works necessary to be performed on the basis of design documentation in the bill of quantities or the cost estimate does not release the contractor from the obligation to perform them on the basis of the project at the contractual price.

The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road, road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the works covered by the contract on the basis of a temporary traffic organization project approved by the traffic management body on provincial roads and to apply it during the execution of works. The temporary traffic organisation project is attached to this tender dossier.
