The municipal schools provide hot meals on school days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) for the pupils and teachers who wish to do so. The tenderer is expected to provide an offer and a portioning that is appropriate to the age of:

Children: nursery and primary education

Adults

A number of liters of extra soup will also be ordered per location.

For the storage and regeneration of meals, the necessary equipment must be provided in function of the capacity per school.

To this end, the tenderer is obliged to pay a site visit to the various locations, so that he can ascertain the existing condition and know which materials and appliances must be made available to store and heat the meals in accordance with HACCP standards. ;

2. Preparation and delivery of meals according to the principle of the cold or hot line for the beneficiaries of the OCMW service “meals at home”.

The customers of the "meals at home" service can choose on the basis of which principle they want their meal.

The service provider is responsible for transporting the meals with its own transport.
