Lier municipality call for tenders for the operation of the municipal properties.

The assignment includes janitorial/operational technical services for 10 schools and 2 nurseries. 3 of the schools have adjacent multi-purpose halls and 6 schools have gymnasiums. All of these are rented out after ordinary school hours. The gross area of the buildings are approx. 64 000 m2.

The services requested in this call for tenders are currently provided by the municipality's 100 % owned public limited company Alier AS.

Sub-tenders

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.

Cancellation and implementation

The implementation of the contract and final contract award are dependent on political decisions by the contracting authority. If such decisions are changed or not made, or if there are other justifiable reasons, the Contracting Authority is free to cancel or postpone the procurement or parts thereof. The tenderers' expenses in relation to the participation in the tender competition are not refundable.
