The purpose of this call for tender is to conclude a multi-annual contract for website related services that will enhance digital communications of the COST Association on the basis of the existing website launched on 19.10.2018.
The services to be performed under the present contract will cover the following:
— tranche 1: web development and web-marketing services aiming at optimising the COST website regarding e.g. improved design and layout (further extend the COST brand into the digital space), optimised functionalities (e.g. multi-level search and navigation, improved website architecture and content presentation) and overall user-friendliness,
— tranche 2: web hosting and web maintenance of the COST website,
— tranche 3: production of search engine optimised (SEO) content, storytelling, labelling to ensure consistency of web content throughout the whole website, and harmonization of acronyms and capitals.
