The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the Kolbuszowa Commune Purchasing Group
Part A of the order1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's electricity consumption points on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text) Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law" and in implementing acts issued on its basis, with specific quality standards. Electricity quality standards are described in the Energy Law, in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system
(Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended), in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505, as amended).
2. The supply of electricity to be supplied during the term of the Agreement is 2958.00 MWh to electricity consumption points listed in Annex 2A to the SWZ.

2. The supply of electricity to be supplied during the term of the Agreement shall amount to 6101.640 MWh to electricity consumption points listed in Annex 2B to the SWZ.
