The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of:

1) collection and transport of all municipal waste, generated and collected on real estate where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Łobez (area of the municipality 228 km2) and PSZOK along with their transfer to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, commune of Nowogard.

2) management and collection of expired medicines and waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes

3) running a stationary selective municipal waste collection point.

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in

1) collection and transport of all municipal waste generated and collected on real estate where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Łobez commune (commune area 228 km2) and from PSZOK along with their transfer to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, Nowogard commune,

2) collection and management of municipal waste, i.e. expired medicines and waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,

3) running a stationary selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK), located in the municipality of Łobez, to which the Contractor has a legal title.

2. The service referred to in point 1 shall consist in particular:

2.1. collection and transport of all municipal waste collected within the PGO in containers and outside them or bags, from properties where residents live;

2.2. collection and management of municipal waste, i.e. expired medicines and waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes;

2.3. cleaning up pollution resulting from the implementation of the waste reception service;

2.4. provide the service in a manner that minimizes inconvenience to residents and traffic difficulties;

2.5. protect the loaded and transported waste against discharge, removal or leakage and, in the event of escape, immediate disposal;

2.6. equipping the property where residents live containers or bags and maintaining them in an appropriate technical condition, in accordance with applicable regulations;

2.7. keeping documentation related to the subject of the contract;

2.8. developing a schedule for the collection of municipal waste together with its delivery to the owners of real estate where residents live and making it public;

2.9. running a selective municipal waste collection point, collecting municipal waste from the inhabitants of the Łobez commune, collecting waste at the selective waste collection point and transporting it to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, Nowogard commune.
