This framework agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, includes the on-demand delivery of LED Retrofit packages for the replacement of lighting in signage by LED at all train stations in the Netherlands.

The Agreement has a fixed term of 8 years. This brings the maximum term to 8 years. The fixed term is based on the period needed to involve the deliveries for installation. The maximum duration is based on the need to be able to obtain the products.

The Agreement has a minimum purchase of 9,000 LED Retrofit packages. No rights can be derived from this statement in any way. The maximum number of systems to be purchased is 14,000 units. The maximum value of the Agreement is € 5,000,000
