Provision of cleaning services for internal cleaning in Brueland nursery and SørbøI nursery in accordance with the services described in the tender documents and annexes. The assignment includes:

— Daily cleaning,

— Periodic cleaning,

— Spring cleaning,

— Hire and cleaning of mats.

Brueland nusery consists of a new building from 2012 of 1 189 m² gross and an older nursery building of 490 m² gross renovated in 2012. Sørbø I nursery is under construction and will consist of a new building of 1 230 m² gross. The total area is 2 909 m² gross. The start of the cleaning services is 6.10.2014 for both nurseries.

The contracting authority's cleaning standard will be used to describe and assess the cleaning quality for daily cleaning, periodic cleaning and spring cleaning.
