Referring to Section III.1: The Contractor will meet the condition regarding technical or professional capacity if it demonstrates that:
a) performed within the last five years before the offer submission deadline, and if the business period is shorter - at least one service during this period consisting in creating the BDOT500 or GESUT database or BDOT500 and GESUT and supplying the system with these databases corresponding to the type of subject of the order , worth at least PLN 100,000.00 gross,
b) has a team of people directed to implement the public contract, responsible for the provision of services, which has:
