The present market consists of the preparation and distribution of meals, in cold (communal schools and co-hosting schools) and/or hot (in holiday plains), within the framework of healthy and sustainable food with reduced environmental impacts, production and marketing respecting social and ethical rules based on the principle of “Well on his plate, good on his planet”.
This distribution of meals will be carried out on 27 settlements located in the territory of the municipality of Mons, as specified in point II.9) of this specification.
A healthy and sustainable diet means a diet that combines all or part of the following:
— fresh, seasonal products grown in a respectful environment and in good working conditions for producers and organic products or of differentiated quality;
