Description of the contract: All the services covered by the service in question are described in the specifications. Subcontracting: The tenderer shall indicate at the time of the tender the parts of the service which he intends to subcontract. In accordance with the provisions of art. 119 of the Code, in the absence of such indications, subcontracting is prohibited. The activities referred to in art. 119, paragraph 3 of the Code. Payments will be made directly to the subcontractor in the cases referred to in paragraph 11 of the same Article 119. Deposits and guarantees required: Provisional in the amount of € 23,894.6 equal to 2% of the total value of the procedure, to be provided in the manner set out in art. 106 of Legislative Decree no. n.36/2023. The above guarantee must be valid for at least 180 days from the date of submission of the offer.
