The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the Rozprza commune in 2024. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) collect and manage, directly from the owners of residential real estate, mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01); 2) collection and management, directly from owners of residential real estate, of separately collected waste, i.e.: a) waste from paper and cardboard, packaging waste from paper and cardboard (code: 20 01 01, 15 01 01), b) plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste, metal waste, including metal packaging waste (code: 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 20 01 40, 15 01 04), (c) waste glass, including glass packaging waste (20 01 02, 15 01 07), (d) biodegradable waste - bio-waste (code: 20 02 01, 20 01 08

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Rozprza commune. Estimated amount of municipal waste:

1) mixed (non-segregated and remaining after segregation) in the amount of 1153.30 Mg;

2) segregated in the amount of 744.32 Mg, including:

a) glass in the amount of 286.86 Mg;

(b) Plastics, multi-cartridges,

metal packaging in the amount of 211.92 Mg;

c) paper in the amount of 142.50 Mg;

d) biodegradable waste in the amount of 103.04 Mg.

The indicated quantities of waste shall be given only auxiliary to facilitate the Contractors of the valuation of the contract.

The amount of municipal waste was determined on the basis of the amount of tonnes of waste collected from residential properties in the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.

The Contractor will transfer mixed municipal waste collected directly from property owners and residues from municipal waste sorting to the Municipal Installation entered on the list of municipal installations run by the competent marshal.

The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer:

- installations for mechanical and biological treatment of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and separation of fully recoverable fractions from non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,

- installations for the storage of waste generated in the process of mechanical and biological treatment of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from sorting municipal waste, to which it will transfer municipal waste collected from property owners.

Municipal waste received selectively, the Contractor shall be obliged to transfer to waste recovery and disposal installations in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.
