The Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB) intends to conclude two framework contracts within the framework of this procurement procedure, each with a contractor for services
in the evaluation environment for the support of the ISB-wide evaluation portal DIDI (Lot 1) and
Service in SAP/ABAKUS/Customer Portal/OAM environment (lot 2).
Service in the evaluation environment for the support of the ISB-wide evaluation portal DIDIISB operates a three-tier data warehouse "DIDI" based on MS SQL Server and the frameworks MStrategie and TDE3 of Infofabrik. SAP Business Objects 4.x with the Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports for Enterprise modules is used as the frontend or presentation layer for fixed reporting. For ad-hoc reporting, ISB uses Infofabrik's ReportServer as the frontend.
As part of ongoing operations and the implementation of projects, ISB requires external support in the area of report servers, SAP-BO, database development (MS-SQL) and the above-mentioned frameworks.
Here, the system should be adapted to ISB-individual needs, as well as error corrections which usually require in-depth special knowledge and programming knowledge and therefore cannot be fully covered by the IT staff or have to be handed over due to load peaks.
When it comes to processing, the FITSU is based on ITIL. The coordination of processes and process transitions takes place as part of the initialization phase. Any costs for familiarization with the ISB shall not be borne by ISB and shall be borne by the contractor.
The expected effort is estimated at 800 man-days/year. In the event of additional or reduced requirements, the FITSU may not incur any additional costs. There is no obligation on the part of ISB to accept.
Service for customer portals (CLX, OAM and Fintus-SSP), Fintus-Cockpit, Fintus DWP and SAP/ABAKUSISB needs external support in the context of production support and projects. The support essentially refers to technical questions, error corrections, program-technical adjustments in connection with the ISB customer portals (CLX, OAM and Fintus-SSP), Fintus-Cockpit, Fintus DWP and SAP/ABAKUS, which usually require in-depth specialist knowledge and programming skills and therefore cannot be fully covered by the IT staff or have to be handed over due to load peaks.
Within the scope of the service, the smooth running of the operation with regard to the above-mentioned systems is ensured, as well as cooperation in projects. Furthermore, it is ensured that a fast response time to problems can be guaranteed in times of load peaks.
When it comes to processing, the FITSU is based on ITIL. The coordination of processes and process transitions takes place as part of the initialization phase. Any costs for induction shall not be borne by ISB and shall be borne by the contractor.
The expected effort is estimated at 2,700 man-days/year. In the event of additional or reduced requirements, the FITSU may not incur any additional costs. There is no obligation on the part of ISB to accept.
During the term of the framework agreement, ISB reserves the right to call up further technically similar services from the contract.
ISB operates an SAP ERP 6.0 system with the modules FI, FI-AA, FS-CML, CO, TR, as well as SAP-OAM, ABAKUS, ABAKUS CUSTOMER PORTAL AND THE FINTUS Suite in version 2 and 3. These systems are divided into a three-stage or four-stage system structure (development, consolidation, pre-production, production).
