The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, items 716, 868, 1093, 1505, 1642.z późn. zm), hereinafter referred to as the supply of electricity to points of consumption located in the facilities of the Municipality of Gdów.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the expected amount of 1 800 MWh for consumption points located in the Municipality of Gdów, in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 (the quantities given in this specification are approximate and may change). At the request of the Ordering Party, it is possible to increase or decrease the number of energy consumption points. The Ordering Party declares that the energy consumption forecast indicated above is only an approximate value, which during the performance of the Agreement may be increased or decreased in relation to the forecasts for individual End Users. The actual energy consumption will depend only on the actual needs of individual End Users, but regardless of the volume of consumption, the Seller is obliged to apply the energy prices offered in the proceedings in each case. The Seller may not assert any financial claims from the Ordering Party (e.g. compensation) if, during the term of the contract, the Ordering Party purchases from the Seller a smaller or larger amount of electricity than the forecasted amount of energy indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, in particular caused by an increase or decrease in the expected energy consumption for individual End Users, a change in the tariff group, a change in the ordered power or technical parameters of the PPE, the actual energy consumption of each PPE.
