Purchase and delivery of medicines

1. The subject of the proceedings is "Purchase and delivery of medicines" specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – price forms.

2. The subject of the contract includes 25 indivisible packages, for which the Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, with the proviso that the offer in each package should be complete and should meet the detailed requirements specified in the price forms constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, as well as the requirements contained in the SWZ.
