Description:
Collection, transport and management of waste from the commune of Gniezno

The service includes the collection of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited properties in the commune of Gniezno and the provision of containers for mixed waste and bio-waste as well as bags for separately collected waste (metals and plastics, paper and glass). Care for proper sanitary, order and technical condition of containers and nests as well as equipment, service of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) belongs to the Contractor. The amount of municipal waste collected from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate is not dependent on the Employer. During the implementation of the contract, data changes are possible in the field of address changes, the number of inhabitants and the residential and uninhabited properties.

The service includes the collection of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited properties in the commune of Gniezno and the provision of containers for mixed waste and bio-waste as well as bags for separately collected waste (metals and plastics, paper and glass). During the implementation of the contract, data changes are possible in the field of address changes, the number of inhabitants and the residential and uninhabited properties.

3.1. Types of municipal waste collected from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate as part of the contract

3.1.1. Mixed municipal waste:

a) conditions imposed on the Contractor: as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be required to provide containers and collect mixed municipal municipal waste from containers with the following volumes of 120 l, 240 l, 1100 l from the premises, the Contractor's technical potential must be adapted to receive waste from all of the above types of containers. Estimated amounts of currently used infrastructure are presented in chapter 2.6 of this specification. The Contractor is obliged to inform the Employer about any irregularities related to waste collection, as well as to immediately report situations in which waste collection is difficult or impossible due to the lack of cooperation with the property owner (e.g. waste in containers with unusual parameters not complying with the provisions of the Regulations) maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Gniezno). In justified cases, waste collected in a non-selective manner may be placed by the owners of the property in bags, provided that they enable verification of the content and are described in a legible and informative manner about their content. After positive verification of such a bag, the Contractor is obliged to collect this waste (does not apply to uninhabited real estate, except for summer houses). The Contractor is obliged to have an increased number of containers to, after consultation with the Employer, equip individual properties with additional containers in the event of larger amounts of waste;

b) the frequency of collection: in accordance with the applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Gniezno, the following minimum frequencies for waste collection are set: single-family buildings - once every 2 weeks, on the same day of the week in specific cities; multi-apartment buildings - in the period from January to March and from November to December once every two weeks, in the period from April to October once a week, in the "at source" unoccupied buildings - every 2 weeks on the same day of the week, in the " at source "unoccupied buildings (summer houses) - in the period from May 1 to September 30 on Saturday every two weeks on Saturday - in the" at source "system. If the Employer notifies the need to export municipal waste outside the deadline, the frequency of export is analogous to uninhabited properties.

3.1.2. Bio-waste a) conditions imposed on the Contractor: as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be required to provide containers and collect resident and uninhabited bio-waste from containers with the following volumes: 120 l, 240 l, 1100 l of brown color.
