Since Marstrand's ARV is to be phased out in the long term, new transmission lines are needed to connect Marstrand with Kungälv's more central pipeline network, see document 7.2 Appendix 1 - Project area, Overview.
The assignment is a detailed design of new water and sewer pipes for the project ÖFL Vävra - Marstrand Stages 1, 2 and 3 see document 7.3 Appendix 2 Stage division.
The connection point of the transmission lines in Vävra is set out in document 7.6 WSP Appendix 1 incl. comments.
The over-union pipelines shall be terminated in accordance with document 7.10 Mjölkekilen.
Kungälv municipality has previously conducted two feasibility studies, see document 7.7 Sweco - Pre-study Marstrand ÖFL and 7.9 Reijlers - Overview Spill and drinking water investigation. WSP has also conducted an evaluation study, see document 7.5 WSP Investigation that the consultant should primarily take into account. However, it is the responsibility of the consultant to review the proposed wiring and come up with suggestions for improvement.
The consultant must also take into account and plan for the connections of other areas.
