The ordering party requires that the design and cost estimation documentation for the facility takes into account energy-saving solutions and optimal renewable energy sources (to the extent possible to obtain, the resulting facility is to be energy-efficient and use renewable energy sources).
The concept attached to the procedure defines the minimum scope that should be included in the design and cost estimate documentation, which will be subject to detail and extension at the stage of developing the design and cost estimate documentation: in accordance with the requirements resulting from the regulations, the needs of the Ordering Party, medical standards, functionality, on the basis of other studies, expert opinions, inventories, analyzes, balances, demands, conclusions from them Resulting.
After the written approval of the representative of the Contracting Authority, changes in relation to the concept of m.in. resulting from the regulations or if they are more beneficial for future functionality or result from an equivalent solution or result from the inspection, inventory carried out and it turns out that the solution adopted in the concept is impossible or insufficient; or other, but accepted by the Ordering Party or by the Ordering Party submitted.
In addition, all scope, solutions, etc., not included therein (concept) and needed for: ensuring the functioning of the facility and adjacent facilities in accordance with its intended purpose, regulations, standards should be taken into account and designed under this contract; ensure compliance of the design and facility with applicable regulations and standards, industry guidelines, including medical guidelines; ensure that a building or occupancy permit is obtained; ensuring the actual possibility of building a facility and providing medical services in it according to the assumed purpose.
In the event of any errors in the concept, the Contractor is absolutely obliged to make changes in this respect in order to lead to: ensuring the functioning of the facility and neighboring facilities in accordance with the intended purpose and regulations, standards; ensure compliance of the design and facility with applicable regulations and standards, industry guidelines, including medical guidelines; ensure that a building or occupancy permit is obtained; ensuring the actual possibility of building a facility and providing medical services in it according to the assumed purpose.
The Contractor shall be obliged to inform the Contracting Authority in writing about any errors in the concept.
Due to the location in the vicinity of existing buildings and reference to them, the documentation carried out under the contract must include all expert opinions, inventories, opinions, arrangements, checks, solutions, etc., works, on the above-mentioned existing buildings, in order to enable the creation of a Central Operating Block with a Central Sterilization Unit in Tomaszów Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. in Tomaszów Mazowiecki according to the assumptions of the concept or according to the needs arising as a result of the development of this design and cost estimate documentation.
The scope of land development indicated in the graphic part of the concept should be treated as indicative and should take into account the design of full land development between buildings within the location of the newly designed facility and, if necessary, extended to the remaining area
