The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to participate in a contest for establishment of a framework agreement for the procurement of tools - electrical tools, hand tools, and pneumatic tools.

A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the attachments to the tender documentation.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a 2-year framework agreement with an option for an extension for 1+1 year for the procurement of tools - electrical tools, hand tool, and pneumatic tools.

The estimated annual value is approx. NOK 370,000 - NOK 600,000 excluding VAT.

The estimated value must also be seen as a guideline and non-binding for the contracting authority.

Entities under the section for technical operations will be the largest users of the contract, but schools/wraparound care, etc., will also use the contract. All the contracting authority´s entities must be able to use the contract.

It must be possible to deliver to all the contracting authority´s entities and addresses.

Tenderers must have a sales outlet in Fredrikstad Municipality. The contracting authority must be able to collected stocked goods the same day that the order is placed. The sales outlet must be suitable for 'professional customers'/company customers.
