This public tender process was for reagents, supplies and consumables for Reproductive Medicine Unit at Helsinki University Hospital.

The acquired reagents, supplies and consumables are used for example insemination, in vitro fertilization, treatments with donated gametes, and infertility treatments.

The tender was divided into three lots:

1) Plasticware

2) Micropipettes

3) Reagents and solutions

Every lot was also divided into individual products and product groups. Partial tenders within lots were allowed. The procurement entity selected one (1) supplier for each product or product group so that the product and product groups may have either the same or a different supplier.

The contracts with suppliers are in force for a fixed period of three (3) years, and thereafter until terminated.

This lot applies to plasticware used for Reproductive Medicine. All products must be designed for human IVF and meeting the requirements set in MDR EU 2017/745.

Partial tenders inside the lot is accepted. If the tenderer offers in lot 1, the tenderer shall offer at least ten products. The product group is considered to be one product.

Final selection is made on a product by product basis. Only for product positions 1.18.1-1.18.6 for product group "Pipette tips in racks with filter for Finnpipette F2 pipettes" the selection shall be made by product group.

This lot applies to micropipettes used for Reproductive Medicine. All products must be designed for human IVF and meeting the requirements set in MDR EU 2017/745.

Partial tenders inside the lot is accepted. If the tenderer offers in lot 2, the tenderer shall offer at least five products. Final selection is made on a product by product basis.

The requirements are further specified in the call for tenders and its annexes.

This lot applies to reagents and solutions used for Reproductive Medicine. All products must be designed for human IVF and meeting the requirements set in MDR EU 2017/745.

Partial tenders inside the lot is accepted.

Final selection is made on a product by product basis. Only for product positions 3.6.1-3.6.2 for product group "Sperm separation media" the selection shall be made by product group. The product group is considered to be one product.
