The Northern Ostrobothnia Hospital District Municipal Association (PPSHP) is requesting, on its own behalf and on behalf of the entities in the procurement ring, a bid for drug refrigerators for the period 1.2.2019-31.1.2021, options for 1.2.2021-31.1.2022 and 1.2.2022-31.1.2023.

The consumption figures quoted in the invitation to tender are estimated consumption amounts for the procurement period and shall be communicated to the tenderer solely for the purpose of submitting a tender. The contract does not constitute a repurchase obligation for the contracting entity, but actual consumption may be higher or lower. The estimated estimated purchase amount is not purchased in one go, but is distributed over the entire declared purchase period. If the acquisition is delayed beyond the stated starting date for the period, the amounts purchased will be taken into account.

The Contracting Entity shall select one (1) supplier to be awarded on the basis of the score.
