The packaging agreed at the time of the award may not be changed in form and content, unless after mutual consultation and agreement.

This assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor, in which all conditions for the execution of this assignment are laid down.

The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of pharmaceuticals by the contractor on call from the contractors during the term described in the specifications.
