The temporary hiring of external staff for NLinBusiness will go through the so-called Hiring Desk NLinBusiness (hereinafter: the Hiring Desk). The Hiring Desk is set up as a Dynamic Purchase System (DAS). The DAS is arranged for various categories, such as:

- Project Management & Research (different sectors / geographies)

- roles related to the development of a digital platform

- IT employees

- General management

- Staff positions

- Projects may involve hiring experts on topics such as water, agriculture, energy and healthcare.

Suppliers can request authorization for the categories in which they are interested. For more information about the Hiring Desk and admission thereto, see the selection guide that is included in TenderNed.

The hiring of staff who will be placed within the Dynamic purchasing system is expected to amply exceed the European threshold during the term of the DAS. That is why the DAS is being contracted out in Europe. Both the number of temporary assignments and their nature and size are not known in advance; the need for hiring is inherently dynamic.
