Allocation of public transport services in local rail passenger transport (SPNV) of the future new SPNV line “RE 62 Rheine — Osnabrück - wages” amounting to approximately 0.59 million train kilometers annually for a period of 7 years from the timetable change in December 2023 to the timetable change in December 2030 in connection with the planned redesign of long-distance transport on the Berlin — Hanover — Bad Bentheim — Amsterdam axis from the timetable change in December 2023.

The vehicles for providing these new supplementary SPNV services are to be provided by the future contractor. Used vehicles with electric traction are permitted subject to specific space capacities and travel time values to be achieved.
