The purpose of this tender is to select and conclude framework agreements by each of the umc's with suitable Tenderers for the delivery of so-called “workhorse” DES and Ballon catheters. The definition of “workhorse” to be maintained is the current sizes used by AUMC see diagram 1. In the context of standardization, UMC wants to obtain its total requirement of the various diameters and lengths of the same product. It is not efficient for UMC to have to approach another supplier for specific sizes.
