The Agency for Housing Management (EBF) manages approx. 5 300 residences at approx. 1 700 addresses in Bergen Municipality. The residences are divided between both ordinary rental properties and properties for persons with special needs.

This contract will give security guard services to the residences that are administered by the Agency for Housing Management.

Provision of security guard services for municipal housing for the Agency for Housing Management (EBF).

Approx. 2 800 residences must have security guard services in the form of permanent frequency-based inspections.

The remaining residences, approx. 2 500, will be included in a stand-by contract.

The aim of the service is to give residents security and contentment, at the same time that action is taken for breaches of house rules; staunch break-ins, house occupation, theft, and vandalism, etc.

The security guard services must be carried out from a uniformed car with uniformed personnel.

The security guard services must be carried out both night and day, seven days a week, in accordance with the contract.

In addition there will be a need to carry out other assignments as ordered.
