The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who shall cover the Norwegian Defence's need for original air and fluid filers as described in Part II, annex A.

The filters will mainly be procured for the Navy's vessels and workshop.

Original is to be understood as the filters must be produced/certified by the manufacturer of the engines/equipment in which the filters shall be used. Tenders for alternative filters will not be considered.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the extent.
