The subject of the order is the successive supply of liquid helium in the amount of 12,000 litres for a period of 12 months, calculated from the date of conclusion of the contract, as requested by the Ordering Party. Pursuant to Article 441 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may exercise the option and increase the purchase of liquid helium by 5,000 litres (up to 17,000 litres in total). Conditions for exercising the right option:1) the exercise of the option will occur in the event of additional needs of the Ordering Party for the subject of the contract, i.e. greater than the expected demand within 3 months from the date of purchase of the last batch of liquid helium in successive deliveries. 2) the option will be exercised under the same conditions as the basic order in accordance with the Contractor's offer. For the calculation of the delivery value under the option will be accepted unit prices indicated in the Offer.3) of the intention to exercise the option, to a certain extent, the Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor by a statement, i.e. by placing a detailed order.
