The municipalities aim to further optimize the request for a number of regularly occurring assignments for the execution of engineering services. The invitation to tender shall include engineering service contracts.

The entry into force of the framework agreement is scheduled for 1 May 2023 and has a duration until 30 April 2025, with an option for unilateral extension per municipality of twice one (1) year. Framework agreements shall be concluded by the parties signing the final framework agreements.

Engineering services covered by the framework agreement(s) for civil engineering purposes are:

- Making civil engineering works ready for specifications (road construction, hydraulic engineering, sewerage, structures)

- Supervising civil engineering projects (supervisor: road construction, hydraulic engineering, sewerage, works of art)

- Taking care of management of civil engineering projects (manager UAV: road construction, hydraulic engineering, sewerage, works of art)

- Providing quantity calculation services for civil engineering services. (road construction, hydraulic engineering, sewerage, works of art)

- Soil, hydrological studies for the realization of civil engineering works

- Technical design services in the field of road construction, hydraulic engineering, sewerage, works of art.
