The city of Gotha intends to thoroughly renovate the primary school in Sundhausen and to optimize the existing spatial structures (according to the attached study).
For the implementation of the project, an interdisciplinary planning team of architects and engineers is sought for the planning. The management of the planning team (coordination) is to be taken over by the architect awarded under Lot 1 (Buildings and interiors including equipment) for all 4 lots (Lot 2 Structural Engineering, Lot 3 Technical Equipment - Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary Installation and Lot 4 Technical Equipment - Electrical).
The services are awarded by lot to bidders or bidding consortia.

The existing building services are outdated and need to be completely renewed. The overall project is scheduled for completion in 2026. Subsidies are to be used for the project. A net investment volume of 2,773,000.00 euros is available for cost groups 200 to 700.
