The subject of the contract is to provide a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the inhabited and uninhabited properties of the City of Radymna and from the PSZOK in a way that provides adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities and in accordance with the applicable regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the City of Radymno (Annex No. 5 of the SIWZ) and the provisions of local law.

The scope of the item of the order includes the reception and development of:

1. Mixed municipal waste code 20 03 01 (including ash) from inhabited and uninhabited areas for installations indicated in the list of the Marshal of the Podkarpathian Voivodeship referred to in Article 38b (1) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

2. The following fractions of segregated municipal waste from inhabited, uninhabited and recycling nests:

(a) paper, paperboard, packaging of paper and cardboard collected in containers/bags of blue color,

(b) glass, packs of glass collected in containers/bags of green color,

(c) plastics, plastic packaging, multi-plant waste, metals, packaging of metal collected in containers/bags in yellow,

(d) biodegradable waste in containers/bags of brown colour,

3. Waste collected at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) including:

(a) waste from selective waste collection: glass, paper and cardboard, plastics, multi-plant packaging, metals, mixed packaging waste,

(b) large-sized waste,

(c) hazardous waste,

(d) expired medicines and chemicals,

(e) used batteries and batteries,

(f) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

(g) worn clothing and textiles,

(h) worn tyres,

(i) green waste,

(j) construction waste from repairs and other construction works carried out by property owners in their own right, for the performance of which a construction permit is not required or for the execution of which no declaration of construction works is required.

(k) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels

4. Bulk waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment collected by the “source” method from inhabited and uninhabited areas (1 time during the duration of the contract).

5. The scope of the contract also includes the cleaning of the site contaminated with municipal waste and other contaminants from bags, containers and vehicles during the course of the service.

6. Exports of segregated waste type: paper, paperboard, plastics, multi-cartridges, metals, may take place on the same day as non-segregated waste but other means of transport.

7. The Contractor shall ensure the collection of municipal waste in any quantity prepared by the owner of the property on the day of collection, taking into account the provisions contained in the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the City of Radymno.
