realization of a digital version of publications of the Datalab collection of the General Commission for Sustainable Development (Cgdd) including the modeling in DTP format (layout and formatting of illustrations) and the provision of the various formats necessary for dissemination (pdf, e-reader and html)

the services of this contract are broken down as follows:1. Proposal/Quote- receipt by the provider of the elements provided by us (finalized text in word format and illustrations in different formats - image for maps and diagrams, Excel files for graphs and tables). The service provider analyzes the request and draws up a quote.2. Modeling - realization of the model: layout of the publication and formatting of the illustrations (tables, maps, graphs, maps, diagrams and infographics) in strict compliance with the graphic charter and the editorial charter of the collection in force at the time of the execution of the work (see file attached in annex) as well as the modeling instructions transmitted by the editorial coordinator. The model also includes the insertion of hyperlinks and navigation in the document.- Control of the contents by the service provider: the service provider will ensure before transmission to the CGDD, as well as for any correction return, the good adequacy of the model with regard to the instructions provided, the graphic charter and the content delivered. Particular importance, with regard to the contents (statistical data) is to be given to the conformity of the graphs and data tables.- Verification of the model by the CGDD and implementation of the corrections to be made by the service provider: establishment and sending of intermediate versions, control, monitoring and integration of corrections, until the completion of a model in accordance with the expectations of the administration.3. Digital transformation - when the BAT of the pdf version has been given, transformation of the pdf into a complete digital version - verification of the digital version on a recipe site of the service provider and implementation of the corrections to be made: establishment and sending of intermediate versions, control, monitoring and integration of corrections, until the completion of a version in accordance with the expectations of the administration.- Deadline for the realization of the digital version from the modeling: 3 to 4 days imperatively. This period includes verifications and corrections as well as final validation.4. Deliverables - provision of a version of the deliverable for posting on the website of the statistics department (Sdes/Cgdd) which includes access on the same platform: o the PDF Web version to download in full or in parts. This pdf will be secure, will integrate hyperlinks, a clickable summary and navigation bookmarks; o an e-reader access of the pdf which must be connected to the html format of the publication to allow round trips between the different views, regardless of the access page within the web publication; o a web version (html). The files ready to be delivered for hosting (provided by the Cgdd) will integrate the following characteristics: -be responsive design -respect the graphic charter of the CGDD collection -integrate guarantees in terms of accessibility (typo, colors, size ...) -provide perfectly tagged web content -offer all image content in svg format and clickable -the contents are not manageable (no Css). o These three deliverables will constitute the complete digital version. The service provider will transfer to the CGDD all the files configured in such a way that they can be installed by the CGDD teams in charge of hosting the site.- Provision of high-definition PDF files for printing
