The order consists of 2 lots (2 DOMs). As part of each part of the contract in the scope of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be required to perform services ensuring the constant maintenance of municipal buildings and municipal premises located in these buildings managed and administered by the ZGNw District Mokotów and municipal premises located in Community buildings that are and not being in the administration of the ZGN in the Mokotów District and educational buildings / premises. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in point 3 ToR. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act. Employed under an employment contract, within the meaning of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended), personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016.
