The object of the order is the planning services of

- object planning for buildings and interiors (lot 1),

- Specialist planning of technical equipment - heating/ventilation/sanitation

(HLS), (Los 2),

- Specialist planning of technical equipment - Electrical Engineering (ELT)

(All 3).

The planning services are divided into 3 lots. An application is only possible for one lot as well as for several / all lots.

Project objective in general:

The city of Bückeburg intends to comprehensively repair the property: Grundschule/Kindergarten Meinsen, Am Weidenhof 5, 31675 Bückeburg. The 1-speed primary school is to be renovated, converted and expanded according to the recommendations of the school development plan 2019 and the spatial analysis contained therein according to the future school pedagogical requirements. The kindergarten directly adjacent to the school is also to be comprehensively renovated, rebuilt and, if necessary, expanded. Necessary structural measures have already been defined in a qualitative as-built assessment as part of the basic determination and preliminary planning. In addition, an energy analysis of the building stock is available in the form of an energy audit from 2019.

The construction costs (KG 300 + 400) are estimated at around EUR 2,418,000 (net).
