The water supply is provided by an underground water pipe, which is connected to the water distribution system of the Laurenz primary school. The building is equipped with a girls' and boys' toilet as well as a disabled toilet. In addition, the building also includes a cleaning room and a kitchenette. The water is distributed in stainless steel and is looped through to the tapping points.

There is a hygienic flush at the end of the line. Furnishings are made of sanitary porcelain. The wastewater installation is made of plastic, the hot water heating is decentralised by means of electric instantaneous water heaters. A lifting station with an underground pressure pipe is provided for wastewater disposal.
