— Purpose of the contract (see Article 1-1 of the Regulation of the Consultation), the purpose of this consultation is to provide technical assistance to project management for the construction of cruise terminals at the tip of Florida on behalf of the Urban Community Le Havre Seine Métropole as coordinator of the group of orders and the Grand Maritime Port of Le Havre. In the context of the creation by the two signatory entities of this commanding group of a governance and operating structure dedicated to the Cruise Pole, which may take the form of a Public Interest Grouping (IPM), this contract may be subrogated as of right to the new structure without any modification to terms or conditions of performance of the contract.
