Almi is now procuring an external supplier to carry out telephone processing in contracted companies in Sweden. Telephone processing will be done on an ongoing basis in a number of different missions. Much of the assignments will relate to visitor booking. Each mission is unique and target audience, objective, purpose, speech script and more must be developed in the face of each mission. To create effective processes around this, Almi wants to build skills both in Almi's organization and at the supplier. It is also important that the supplier builds knowledge and skills to be able to communicate the Almi brand in a desirable way.
