DELIVERY OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND OFFICE SUPPLIES. CASE NO.: 19/ZP/D/SZKOL./2022.Note: in correspondence addressed to the Ordering Party, this sign should be used.

The Contracting Authority authorizes the submission of partial tenders broken down into 3 parts (tasks) specified in Part XIX of the SWZ - a description of individual parts of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. The Contractor may submit a bid for one, selected, or all (parts) of the task.

The ordering party requires the total implementation of the quantities specified in the task (offer for the entire assortment in the task).

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1 (A, B, C) to the SWZ.

2. The terms of performance of the contract are contained in the draft contracts constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ and in these tender specifications. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contracts and SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the right of option specified in Article 441 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2019, as amended). The exercise of the option right will consist in increasing to 50% (for each individual part 1,2,3) the value of the basic contract, in the event of exhaustion of the amount allocated for the implementation of the basic contract.

4. The right of option referred to in paragraph 3 shall be exercised under the same conditions as the basic contract.

5. The Ordering Party reserves that the part of the order defined as the "right of option" is a right and not an obligation of the Ordering Party. The exercise of the option may or may not take place, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party and as a result of his disposition in this respect. Failure to perform the contract in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party.

6. The required warranty period for the delivered subject of the order, counting from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract is - for part 1: min. 12 months, max. 24 months
