Berneslai Homes is procuring a service for the provision of a building cleaning services to communal areas of independent living schemes and communal areas of general let flats, together with offices and community centres.

The tender process will be a restricted tender process, the first stage being the completion of the selection questionnaire, this can be downloaded by suppliers when they have registered and expressed an interest in the tender. The selection questionnaire return date is 16.10.2019 at 12.00 noon. Following evaluation of these it is anticipated 5 suppliers will be invited to tender for the contract.
