The subject of the contract is the promotion service of the Municipality of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Centre of the budgetary unit and its activities carried out by the men's football team participating in the championship of the Ekstraklasa or I League (hereinafter referred to as the "Team"), in the 2022/2023 season, in accordance with the schedule of the Polish Football Association, which will play in Gdynia during all football matches played as a host.

1.The subject of the contract is the promotion service of the Municipality of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Centre of the budgetary unit and its activities carried out by the men's football team participating in the championship of the Ekstraklasa or I League (hereinafter referred to as the "Team"), in the 2022/2023 season, in accordance with the schedule of the Polish Football Association, which will play in Gdynia during all football matches played as hosts.

2. Deadline for the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until the end of the Ekstraklasa or I League championship in the 2022/2023 season, played in the first half of 2023, according to the schedule of the Polish Football Association, no later than by June 11, 2023.

3. Place of execution of the order: the venue of the Polish Ekstraklasa or the 1st Football League, including in the role of host at the stadium located in Gdynia.

4. A detailed description and manner of execution of the order shall be provided with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which is Annex 4 to the SWZ.
