NPE intends to enter into a contract for the hire of consultancy services that shall cover 2 needs. Firstly, the contract shall see to our need for a project manager who shall assist NPE in the work of setting up an ICT system for the new appeals body in Bergen (Health Appeals). Secondly, the contract shall see to our need for a professional test manager to handle all testing done as we further develop our main case processing programme — Isak. Isak is built on Public 3600, which is delivered by Software Innovation. Isak shall also be the new appeals organ's chosen case processing tool and the test manager will also have work assignments connected to the project of establishing the new appeals organ.
